Pursuant to the provisions of Part VII, Title 7, Chapter 71 of the Delaware Code, these regulations are to prevent, prohibit and provide for the abatement of excess and unnecessary noise and/or vibration which may endanger the health, safety and welfare, jeopardize the value of property and erode the integrity of the environment of the people of this state. These regulations may be cited as the "Noise Regulations of the State of Delaware".
